Frequently asked questions

Answers to the questions merchants ask most often about selling online with DUKA.

Do I need to re-enter my products?

No. DUKA reads the catalogue and stock you already have — in SALDO, or at your COBRO till — and puts it online as is. Nothing to re-type, no second list to keep.

What web address does my store get?

A store activated with DUKA goes live at yourshop.duka.ma — a wildcard subdomain and certificate provisioned automatically the moment you activate.

How do buyers pay?

Cash on delivery is on by default, since it's still how most shoppers in Morocco pay online, with wallet payments joining the checkout as they become available.

Do buyers need an account?

No — checkout works for guests. Buyers can browse, add to cart and order without creating a Yoryx ID, though they're welcome to if they want to track past orders.

How do I get notified about new orders?

The instant a buyer checks out, you get an in-app notification plus a WhatsApp or SMS alert, and the stock the order needs is reserved automatically.

Does my online stock stay in sync with my till?

Yes — every sale, at the till or online, updates the same stock level in under five seconds, so you never oversell an item that just sold at the counter.

How is delivery handled?

You define your own delivery zones and fees for the areas you already cover, or choose a delivery option that fits your shop — the choice is yours, zone by zone.
